1. Refund Policy
SAAS Products: In the event that our products fail to meet your expectations or work as advertised, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase on all SAAS products. Refunds will be issued back to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.
Personal Mastermind Coaching: If our Mastermind Coaching services fail to meet your expectations, you may request a refund on your initial deposit anytime up to and during the On-boarding call. After the On-Boarding call is completed, all funds collected for the Mastermind Coaching program become non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy
Customers are free to cancel their SAAS subscriptions at any time. If cancelled within the first 7 days of the subscription, a full refund can be requested. If the cancellation occurs after the first 7 days, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing period. You will not be eligible for a prorated refund for the remaining days of your subscription.
The Cancellation request may be done through the SAAS software.
The refund request must be made in writing to our customer service team via email at support@bemodo.com
